Lume White Jade Gua Sha

White Jade is said to help aid in clarity, calming & peace of mind. It also supports cleansing, clearing & promotes harmony, serenity. White Jade helps us to connect to higher vibrational energies and to increase our insight.

To take care of your crystal gua sha, please wash with warm soapy before and after each use to make sure it is clean from any dirt or bacteria it may come into contact with. Be careful to take caution while washing as they can become quite slippery!

UMICA advises to either keep it safe in its provided bag or displayed in one of the wooden holders available to purchase online.

Take a moment to sit and connect with your crystal gua sha before use and set an intention before use for a more potent self care session.

UMICA encourages intentional, considered and conscious purchasing and use of our products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on change of mind, nor replacement of any broken or damaged items unless damaged in transit, deemed a manufacturing fault or an order error.

Faults or Discrepancies:

We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or other discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving. 

All gua shas are uniqueand made from crystal, no two are the same. Due to the material of the products being natural, small imperfections in the grain are normal. 

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you believe the product you received is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at asha@umica.co within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please make special note of this timeframe.

Upon inspection, we will take the appropriate measures of either a replacement or store credit. If eligibility for a return has been approved, your item must be returned to us unused in the original packaging. Please note: UMICA does not cover the shipping cost associated with returns. 

UMICA ships to all destinations within Australia and most internationally.

You'll be able to track your order through the tracking email you'll receive as well as via AUSTRALIA POST website. Should you require a more specific ETA you can always contact your local post directly with the tracking number we provide when dispatching your order. 

Please note: In the event of re-delivery or address changes, the customer must contact the courier directly.

All orders are dispatched weekly, taking into consideration public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods where there may be delays. Once we have shipped the item, and the customer has received confirmation of tracking and postage, it is no longer the responsibility of Umica. No refunds are available in the unforeseen circumstance that the item is lost in transit due to the postage system.

Within Australia:

We use Australia Post and ship via parcel or express post. Parcel post is a flat rate of AUD$10 and express is AUD$15.

Pick up option available to local existing clients.

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your items. Estimated delivery times in Australia 2-10 days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak times - please email asha@umica.co if you do not receive your order in the specified timeframe.

International Shipping has a flatrate of $30 per order.
