UMICA encourages intentional, considered and conscious purchasing and use of our products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on change of mind, nor replacement of any broken or damaged items unless damaged in transit, deemed a manufacturing fault or an order error.
Upon inspection, we will take the appropriate measures of either a replacement or store credit. If eligibility for a return has been approved, your item must be returned to us unused in the original packaging.

You'll be able to track your order through the tracking email you'll receive as well as via AUSTRALIA POST website. Should you require a more specific ETA you can always contact your local post directly with the tracking number we provide when dispatching your order.
Please note: In the event of re-delivery or address changes, the customer must contact the courier directly.
All orders are dispatched weekly, taking into consideration public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods where there may be delays. Once we have shipped the item, and the customer has received confirmation of tracking and postage, it is no longer the responsibility of Umica. No refunds are available in the unforeseen circumstance that the item is lost in transit due to the postage system.
Within Australia:
We use Australia Post and ship via parcel or express post. Parcel post is a flat rate of AUD$10 and express is AUD$15.
Pick up option available to local existing clients.
You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your items. Estimated delivery times in Australia 2-10 days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak times - please email asha@umica.co if you do not receive your order in the specified timeframe.
International Shipping has a flatrate of $30 per order.
