The Umica Experience is part massage ritual, part energy healing & part card reading. It is an in-person space devoted to women, to nurturance and nourishment. It is integrative in nature, a place to rest and receive. It is intuitively led by Asha and dedicated to combing the frazzled edges of your system so you may leave feeling deeply held, whole and back in your body.

S​​ometimes these sessions bring up emotional & physical release and sometimes they require deep rest. Asha caters each session to what is needed in the moment following the wisdom of the body.
